The app is good & much easier than your website. However, there needs to be functionality to remove items from the cart once added. I can adjust quantities but I cannot remove items.

I have bought a lot of random stuff from China. It was surprisingly easy. Watch out if youre American, clothing measurements are in metric units. I screwed that up once or twice. I enjoy the app a lot but the favorites can be hard to access if you dont keep the app updated. The pros far outweigh the cons! Great job DHgate!

When purchasing your not able to track packages from the app, also youre not allowed to request a refund. Dhgate support doesnt respond to issues well. Other than that its a good site to order from.

I bought a hover board on this app an I never got it an I cant get my money back. This site/app is horrible. They will steal your money an never give you what you ordered.
