The DH Gate mobile app compliments the main site well and is good for placing orders quickly on the go. Some tweaks are still needed but overall not bad. I have made several purchases over the years with very few issues and if I did have issues, they were always resolved with the assistance of DH Gate.

Ive used this for a couple of orders. It is great for messaging the vendor and for tracking the actual shipment.

Excellent app, BUT I would like to be able to see merchants locations. ie. Tampa, Fl - Sudbury, ON - Leeds, UK - China etc., so I can better judge when I can expect to receive my purchase.

This app certainly has raised the bar that others will have to follow. The simplicity of the app makes it an incentive to use. The awesome deals dont hurt either.

Why on earth does this app only show its prices in USD?

I liked this but now its stuck mid download can use it cant delete it. Fuking piece of shi7 app.

You get a discount just using the app over the website.. The app itself is seamless, flows perfectly, organized, simple, and clean.

Dont try to call Dhgate,I waisted 2 hours and I was still on the waiting list. I ordered some led lights(dimmable) from two different manufacturers and both send me non dimmable LEDs. Waisted some $$$.

Wish prices were in Canadian dollars and you could set your searches to not include lots. Dealing with customer service can be frustrating as there seems to be a translation issue. Have received one of my two purchases and am waiting for a refund on one ordered made over 80 days ago which is also taking a long time. Lots of neat stuff on here though.

Never had a issue yet with close to 10 orders filled so far!!

The messaging platform is very very ineffective, they should really really work on that. It is hard to reach the vendors and youre not notified when they reply to you so you wont know unless you check manually every day. Also, you cant send pictures unless the messaging appears in chat mode which doesnt always work. I wish the app would work as the Aliexpress one, because they have interesting merchandises despite the bugs.

I have been ordering merchandise with site for the past year and Im loving it. Delivery service at times are a bit slow but its worth it!

great app , takes 30 days but u get all purchaces delivered home for free
