The app is extremely limited. You cannot open disputes and any problem you ask custom support about theyll just tell you go to classic site. They give you the option to sign in using Twitter and dont allow you to do the same on the classic site so if you do your stuck with the app and 0 accessibility, I made that mistake and lost 1000 plus that customer service was incompetent in helping me get back. This app just needs to be deleted, or maybe they want their customers to lose money. Multiple seller never sent items and some sent fake tracking information, stay away from site altogether

The prices are low, which is good for starting my own clothing line. I love it.

Im in the same boat, I am pretty sure that I signed in with my Twitter account and now I have absolutely no way to sign in anywhere to handle disputes or contact customer care etc In the app I can purchase and message sellers etc. Im beyond annoyed wasting my danm* time trying to simply sign in...?!?

First off, I am over how people complain but refuse to educate themselves on how anything works. Take responsibility for your own apathy and lack of research of the seller YOU decide to purchase from, dont blame the application. Most time delivery is free and takes a few weeks due to the fact your item is being shipped from China, but I am sure you were aware of this before making the purchase since listing that timeframe is a requirement, if you want it faster purchase it locally because overseas orders will naturally take longer. Every item (3) Ive purchased from this site so far is exactly as described, know what item you are agreeing to before purchasing. There is a help menu but most people who complain probably have no idea of its existence. In short, to avoid disappointment EDUCATE Yourself.

You cant return anything because when you try they send you to a computer that doesnt help you out at all it just makes it even more confusing.

**Make sure to read old reviews as well. These fake updates to bury the bad reviews** Ordered something. Was sent a defective product. Seller promise compensation to change bad rating. He lied. Also rating never shows. I complained to dhgate which just ignore me. They dont protect buyers like Ali store. Its really you are on your own. Use alternatives they are scammers.
