Ive bought a product, and resolved an issue with the product all without opening a case about my order. The first seller I used was very generous in getting me a replacement and it was all handled through the apps messaging system. My return of the product and shipping of a replacement was all handled perfectly. Keep in mind that DHgate does not pay the sellers until you confirm that you received your order, so they are highly motivated to get it to you. I have heard complaints against DHgate sellers about products not received, these are rare. Because if the item was not received by the buyer, they dont get a penny, DHgate holds the money until you get the product. Remember, if you buy from China there are consequences to shipping back to China if a product is bad- 1) you must use priority mail for tracking and 2) you cannot ship back any lithium batteries from the U.S. To any other country. If USPS suspects your package has a battery, they WILL open it and you will be fined.

I ordered items since 17 February and till now didnt received the items ,the estimated arrival time was 5-18days. I contacted the seller asking about the delays his answer was it is by ocean shipping,so its slowly. I know its slowly but not that slowly, change the estimated arrival time to 5-18 months.
