THIS IS RUN BY THE CHINA GOVT WITH THE INTENT OF SCAMMING AMERICANS!!!

I ordered car part 01/17/16. Was supposed to take 3-7 days shipping. After many ignored emails, and threatening a complaint, seller shipped 10 days later. Didnt show on tracking for about 20 more days. Seller ignored my emails asking where item was. It didnt show on tracking until I filed a complaint. Didnt arrive for over a month and it was the wrong part! Do not expect any assistance from their customer service. In chat room they say that they are escalating the matter, but nothing gets done. The case analysts do not respond. This site is a total scam.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYs APP OR SITE!!! ALL THEIR SELLERS ARE IN CHINA LOOKING TO SCAM AMERICANS!!! THE SELLERS LIE & INTENTIONALLY SEND WRONG ITEMS!!! STAY WITH DOMESTIC SELLERS!!!

04/20/2016 UPDATE
I was told the seller would remburse return shipping and I would receive a total refund. I returned item. Cost $80+ for shipping USPS. Now they are telling me the matter is concluded, but that I am only getting the approx $120 for the item, with no mention of shipping. When I sent numerous emails asking about the agreed shipping, I am only told that "the matter is concluded".

04/22/16 UPDATE
Received the refund for item, but as expected did not receive reimbursement for return shipping.

04/29/16 UPDATE
Per customer service chat, could take an additional 5-15 days for reimbursement for return shipping. It is now 4 months.
